Assigning Creative Team Members to Stories in Anthology Issues

In the past, if you made a mistake while assigning a creative team member to a story in an anthology issue, and then went back to fix it later, it was a bit of a tricky process.  Also, when duping an anthology issue, sometimes this assignment can get a bit mixed up.

Now there is an easier way to make sure the correct team members are assigned to each story.  On the Creative Team window, click the Assign Story button.  This will only appear if you are looking at an anthology issue.

The Assign Stories window will then appear

The left panel list all the stories in the anthology, and each team member currently assigned to each story.  It also displays all the team members who are not assigned to any story.  Sometimes, this makes sense, for example, issues like Storyteller by BWS where the same creative team does every story - no need to repeat it each time.

Sometimes, however, this is a mistake, and you really want these members under a specific story, or you may want to move team members around.

Use the left panel to move team members to the appropriate story.   Just drag them, one at a time, where they belong.  The right panel shows the entire creative team and which stories have which team members.  This is updated automatically as you move things around.  When you close the window, ROW will update the creative team fields on the Issue Detail window with the results of your changes.
